Mirror Show Management welcomes three new hires: Erick Gustafson, Exhibit Designer; Nick Spaziani, Exhibit Detailer; and Brian Wells, Custom Fabricator.  Our annual Halloween costume party was great fun!

Mirror Show Management, a premier exhibit design and trade show management company, was selected by Eastman Kodak Company’s Consumer Digital Group as their exhibit partner for Photokina 2008.  The show, held September 23-28, 2008 in Cologne Germany, is the largest trade event for modern image communication with over 175,000 attendees.  Working in collaboration with Cheshire AV, MSM provided management and oversight for the entire project from planning through successful execution on the show floor. 

This month, one of our MSM family welcomed a new baby girl, another received a promotion, while several of our employees completed two of MSM's Live Great! programs.

Mirror Show Management hires Mike Kewin as Exhibit Detailer and Rob Flynn as Show Ship Coordinator.

Donna Shultz was invited to speak at the PepsiCo Supplier Day at PepsiCo corporate headquarters in Purchase, NY on Tuesday, August 12, 2008.  The event was organized by the Women Presidents' Education Organization (WPEO) and PepsiCo procurement management team to support PepsiCo's supplier diversity program.  Donna spoke about her involvement with WPEO and how her affiliation provided the company with great opportunities to work with world-class companies such as PepsiCo.  Mirror Show Management has partnered with PepsiCo since April 2007, providing exhibit design and tradeshow management services for all its divisions including Pepsi, Frito-Lay, Quaker, Tropicana, and Gatorade. 

Mirror Show Management, a premier exhibit design and management company, today announced that it has signed a contract with Limited Brands to provide booth design and trade show management services.  Limited Brands is an apparel-based specialty retailer that sells a wide range of products through its portfolio of businesses, including Victoria’s Secret, Victoria’s Secret Pink, Bath & Body Works, C.O. Bigelow, White Barn Candle Company, La Senza, and Henri Bendel.

MSM has hired Alicia Rogers as Director of Marketing and Public Relations.  Alicia joins MSM from Ecovation, where she was the Director of Marketing responsible for all marketing communications, promotional and public relations efforts.  Previously, she was the Director of Marketing & Communications with Earth Tech, Inc. in Virginia.   She holds a B.S. in Geology from the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. 

Mirror Show Management has hired Paul DeCamilla as Minibooth Coordinator.  Paul joins us from Eldre Corporation where he was a Die Cutting Supervisor responsible for inventory maintenance and the supervision of daily operations.  He has several years of experience in warehousing, shipping, receiving and inventory control.  Glad you are finally here Paul!

The kids of MSM had great fun last week participating in our "Bring Your Child to Work Day" activities! We started the day with some exercises based on the theme "Making Choices for a Better World."

ROCHESTER, NY – Mirror Show Management announced today that it is donating $1,500 to CASA of Rochester/Monroe County Inc., a charity chosen by a vote of Mirror Show employees. Presentation of the check to CASA’s Patricia M. Slimmer, Assistant Director and Laurie A. Holmes, Director will take place at Mirror Show’s annual Invoice Program luncheon on March 28 at MSM’s Webster headquarters.

Eli Stein has been hired as a Graphic Designer.  Eli joins us from EF Education in Cambridge, MA where he was part of the in-house design team responsible for the design of catalogs, brochures and direct mail pieces for various travel products.  He holds a B.S. in Environmental & Forest Biology as well as a Graphic Design certificate from the Massachusetts College of Art.  Eli resides in Webster, NY. 

MSM welcomes Kevin O'Reilly as Information Technology Manager.  Kevin previously worked at SMP as Senior Systems Engineer.  He brings over 26 years of IT experience and several IT industry certifications to MSM.  Kevin will help MSM utilize technology as MSM continues to grow. 

Monroe County Executive Maggie Brooks announced that Mirror Show Management has been named Monroe County’s "Business of the Month" for August and will be featured on Monroe County’s website, monroecounty.gov.

MSM welcomes Wendy Marold to our sales team as an Account Executive – Wendy will handle some existing accounts as well as working on new opportunities for MSM. Her position is an addition to the team, created due to new customer growth over the last year. Most recently with Henkel Corporation in Connecticut, Wendy brings both client- and provider-side experience to her new role. We’re glad Wendy moved back to Rochester to join MSM!

Matt Kobos has joined MSM as a Graphics Technician. Matt joins MSM from Fastenal Company and brings both customer service and operational experience to his new role. Matt will be responsible for the final production and packaging of graphics. Welcome, Matt!

Mirror Show Management will be presenting a donation of over $1,300 to Melissa’s Living Legacy Foundation this afternoon at Lifetime Care, 3111 Winton Rd. S. This donation is a part of MSM’s Live Great™ program that focuses on employee health and well-being as well as on giving back to the community.
